JAMESTOWN – City police have concluded through an investigation that the reported shooting incident that took place in the city on March 19 was a false report.
The investigation has revealed that the alleged shooting victim, 23 year old Matthew Buck, was not shot by another suspect, but instead suffered from an intentional self-inflicted gunshot.
