A Jamestown man wanted for allegedly making methamphetamine in the city is now in police custody. Jamestown Police say 38 year-old Phil Reichardt was taken into custody without incident Thursday morning in Titusville, Pa. on a Felony warrant.
Investigators from the Jamestown Police Department had been in communication with police in Titusville since Reichardt had fled the Jamestown area as it was believed he was going there to stay with members of his girlfriend’s family. A cheek of one of the locations in Titusville by the Titusville PD led to Reichardts arrest.
On September 19, police found a working meth lab at Reichardt’s residence at 19 Crossman St. in the city. It was discovered during a routine parole check.
Reichardt is currently being held in the Crawford County Jail where he is awaiting an extradition hearing. He will be brought back to Chautauqua County if and when he waives the extradition.
