Jamestown Man Charged Following Narcotics Investigation

JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man is in the county jail on $20,000 bail following a drug investigation by city police.

Jamestown police say 21 year-old Aaron Johnson of 1356 Newland Ave. was arrested by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force on an arrest warrant from Jamestown city court.  Investigators say Johnson allegedly sold quantities of Heroin to undercover agents throughout the city. He’s been charged with one count each of 3rd degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and 3rd degree sale of a controlled substance. Additional charges are  pending.

Johnson was arraigned in city court and sent to the county jail on $20,000 bail.
