JAMESTOWN – A city man has been charged with child endangerment after being involved in a one-vehicle accident Friday afternoon.
Jamestown police say 20 year-old Devin Figueroa rolled his SUV while driving on Camp St. just before 2 p.m. Friday. Police say an unidentified 15 year-old passenger was in the vehicle at the time. Following an investigation, police say Figueroa and his passenger were allegedly inhaling a can of duster prior to the accident.
Figueroa was charged with child endangerment and reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to keep right.
