NORTH HARMONY – A Jamestown man is in the county jail after being arrested over the weekend on burglary charges. Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies say 25 year old Justin Myers was arrested on a warrant for Burglary 2nd Degree, Grand Larceny 4th Degree, and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree.
The charges stem from an incident that took place in Town of Harmony where Myers allegedly broke a window to get inside a home and then stole a 12 gauge shotgun and a 7mm bolt action rifle.
Myers was arraigned in North Harmony Town Court and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail.
