Isiah Payne
A Jamestown man has been arrested following a gunshot complaint on Stowe Street this past August.
Jamestown Police said 23-year old Isiah Payne was arraigned Friday in City Court on two counts of 1st Degree Reckless Endangerment and 2nd Degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon.
