A Mayville woman has been arrested and charged by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for her alleged involvement in the manufacture of methamphetamine.
Sheriff Deputies arrested 27-year-old Sara Tolbert Monday afternoon at a residence in Brocton after receiving a warrant for her arrest. Tolbert was wanted on a charge of 3rd Degree Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine. The charge stems from an investigation by the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force in Mayville involving the production of meth.
Tolbert was taken into custody without incident and then subsequently arraigned in the Town of Chautauqua Court. She was then sent to the county Jail without bail pending further action of the court.
