A Frewburg man was killed in an ATV accident early Monday
Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Officials said deputies responded just after 1:30 a.m., May 30, to an ATV accident on Woodchuck Hill Road in the town of Carroll.
EMS was at the scene trying to resuscitate 40-year old Jeremiah Birt. He died at the scene.
