FREDONIA – A Fredonia man is in the county jail on $50,000 bail for allegedly sexually assaulting a child.
Chautauqua County Sheriff Deputies day 27 year old Joshua Northrop-Dowdall faces four counts of 2nd degree rape.
An investigation found Northrop-Dowdall allegedly engaged in sexual acts with a juvenile victim on various dates and times in March 2017.
He was arrested on Monday and arraigned on the four charges, then sent to the county jail.
