JAMESTOWN – Officials with the Jamestown Fire Department are continuing to investigate a structure fire that broke out Sunday afternoon in Jamestown.
According to the Post-Journal, Firefighters were called to 191 Barrett Avenue and encountered flames and smoke coming from a second story porch at the residence. Crews were able to quickly knock down the fire and a resident who lived on the first floor made it out of the property uninjured.
The cause remains under investigation.
