JAMESTOWN – A Chautauqua County grand jury has handed up an indictment for an Ithaca man allegedly involved with the hold up of the Hazetline Avenue Wilson Farms store in April. The Jamestown Post-Journal says that 28 year old Murray Hall III faces a charge of for second-degree robbery. Hall was arraigned Thursday in Chautauqua County Court. Hall was already in custody on an unrelated charge and is still in the Chautauqua County Jail. He is being held on $50,000 cash or $100,000 bail.
An investigation into the robbery revealed that Hall entered the store on April 15 with two other subjects and robbed the store while wearing masks. The other accomplices have already been charged, including Andrew Whitford and a 15-year-old juvenile who entered the store with Hall, as well as Brandon Cantrell and Kyle Elderkin who were waiting nearby in a getaway vehicle.
