MAYVILLE – A Falconer man was sentenced to seven years in prison for his alleged involvement in a burglary that took place last year. The Chautauqua County District Attorney’s office says 27 year-old Matthew Kiendl was sentence yesterday for second degree burglary. Kiendl was arrested in October of last year after being on the wanted list for over a month. He was wanted for felony burglary for an incident that took place in August 2011 in Jamestown and by the Ellicott Police Department for a vehicle pursuit that happened on Sept. 16, 2011 in Ellicott.
