Falconer Man Arrested for Alleged Meth Production, Child Endangerment

January 25, 2018 By WRFA Radio 2 Comments

Ryan Percey

FALCONER – A Falconer man has been charged after he was found to be allegedly making methamphetamine in a room at the Budget Inn motel in the village.

Police say 35 year-old Ryan Percey was arrested and taken into custody on Tuesday after executing a search warrant around 7:30 p.m. at the motel, located at 214 E. Main St. in Falconer.

According to the Post-Journal, police went to the motel after getting a complaint of “an awful smell of chemicals” coming from a room.

When they got inside the room, police found Percey and a 15-year-old male, along with a “quantity of methamphetamine” and drug paraphernalia, including several hypodermic needles.

Percey was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminal using drug paraphernalia, criminal using a hypodermic instrument, and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in Ellicott Town Court and sent to Chautauqua County Jail.

The investigation was conducted by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force, Ellicott Police Department, State Police, city SWAT Team, and FBI.

Ryan was set up. Final outcome of the whole entire mess = Disorderly Conduct… That’s it. No other charges. That’s not a felony or a misdemeanor it is a violation. All those lies got spread throughout the community about him and none of it is true. Is there an update that you may be willing to provide?
All about saying bad things about a good person, how about publicly announcing that good people get displayed as bad. Given the wrong information as such. The woman “manager” was terminated. She directly placed the strong odor of chemicals personally “to deter the bug problem” then claimed production of drugs… Mind you. No stove. No microwave. The 15 yo. Mysteriously knocks on the door prior to the raid asking for assistance phone trouble. And another person(witness never mentioned) why? Very important person…. Who was just told to leave by authorities) name never mentioned. The drugs. Needles. Paraphenilea.baggies.etc was on the body of the 15 yo who didn’t look 15 at all bigger than most average. And he was never alone with the teen. The pretending to “ruff” up the teen like “wrestling” on tv was quite obvious. Ryan was held 45 days without bail. Even though the court had set bail for $10’000 it was never “put in the system” an error only happening to Ryan nobody else and wasn’t fixed until day 45. Just to find out there was never an indictment. Public defender (I’ll be nice and not release a name) was disbarred from practice for 6 months. Half a year! And it goes on his permanent record**** Ryan was told that “he was in the way” Ryan was attempting to help people all the time. Not be a crook and be placed on the news and lied about as well as having strings pulled within the law to make it so. Yet nobody to be there for Ryan. Those who attempted were blocked-prevented from doing so. Everything stated is facts. I challenge anyone to prove anything other than what I just stated. Can’t be done. But what did Ryan lose? His home. His name. His respect. His income. His pet. His personal belongings. All of it. Stripped down to nothing. Let go homeless, no money, no food, no home, no personal belongings, no transportation just oops we’re sorry goodbye. Ryan still is without much. Struggling daily to eat and sleep with no remorse from anyone anywhere trying not to turn into the man they knowingly falsely accused him of being. The right thing has never been done and Ryan’s personal property— doesn’t and never did exist according to them. Ryan still to this day has no criminal record. Check for yourselves.
