Two Jamestown Residents have been arrested on harassment and trespassing charges after they allegedly threatened another person at knife-point early Sunday night.
City police say 28 year-old Samuel Critzer and 38 year-old Angela Swabik are accused of harassing an individual at the EZ Clean Car Wash on Harrison Street just after 7:30 p.m.
Police accuse the two of asking the person for money and when he refused, they threatened him with a knife. The man walked away from the scene with the two following him, eventually into the Rite Aid pharmacy in Brooklyn Square. Police say both suspects are banned from the store and as a result, the police were called to the scene – where it was then learned the two had allegedly threatened and followed the unidentified man.
Both Swabik and Critzer were charged with Harassment and Trespass. Swabick was also charged with Menacing, while Critzer was charged with obstructing police. The two are in the city jail awaiting arraignment.
