JAMESTOWN – City police have made an arrest following their investigation into the discovery of a methamphetamine operation at an apartment complex at 305 E. Fifth St.
Officers were called to the building Friday afternoon, Feb. 13, after an apartment manager saw what he believed was evidence that meth was being made inside the building. Police were able to confirm the report and have secured the apartment where the evidence was found.
City police say 25 year-old Brandon Hogg was allegedly connected to the meth operation and a warrant was issued for his arrest on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine.
On Tuesday police confirmed that they were able locate Hogg due to a tip left for them on the department’s anonymous tip line.
