City Police Investigate Theft of Small Motorcycles at East Side Business

March 26, 2019 By WRFA Radio 1 Comment

Two images showing the suspects involved with the March 26 theft at Hectors, along with an image of a motorcycle similar to one that was stolen from the business and remains missing.

JAMESTOWN – Jamestown police are asking for the public’s help in an investigation involving the theft of motorcycles from an east side business.

City police say Hector’s Cycle at 1200 E. Second St. in Jamestown was burglarized around 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. An investigation found that two suspects entered the business after breaking out a window while a third suspect waited outside. The suspects then took three small motorcycles from the business and pushed them out of the business towards the Jamestown Community College campus.

Two of the motorcycles have since been recovered. The third motorcycle is still missing. It is described as a yellow and white Suzuki 50 motocross motorcycle.

Anyone with information on the burglary, the suspects, or the whereabouts of the missing motorcycle is asked to call city police at 483-7537 or by leaving an anonymous tip at 483-TIPS (8477) or on the Tips 411 App.
