JAMESTOWN – Jamestown Police are continuing their investigation into a shooting that took place late last week on Seventh St.
Officers were called to the 100 block of West 7th Street On Friday night just after 11:30 p.m. after receiving several calls of gunshots in that area. Upon arrival at the scene officers discovered that twelve rounds had been fired into a home with a large caliber firearm. At the time of the shots being fired there were five people inside the home. No one inside the home was injured. Police at the scene did recover shell casings and other evidence that are believed to be related to the incident.
