JAMESTOWN, NY – City police were able to revive an unidentified 22-year-old female who had reportedly taken heroin.
According to a report from JPD Capt. Robert Samuelson, police were called to a home at 21 Sturges St. just after 9 p.m. Wednesday on a reported disturbance. Once inside the home, they found several occupants including a female, who was reportedly unresponsive. Officers say she had taken heroin. they were able to revive her with naloxone and she was taken to WCA for treatment.
Police also arrested 29 year old Richard-Philbrick after they reportedly found an undisclosed quantity of methamphetamine inside the apartment. He was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
