JAMESTOWN – The Jamestown man charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing his neighbor in August pleaded not guilty earlier this week.
The Post Journal says 51 year-old Brian Korzeniewski was arraigned Monday in Chautauqua County Court in front of Judge David Foley.
Korzeniewski is accused of killing 54 year-old Michael Bull, who was found by police Aug. 19 outside the pair’s East Sixth Street apartment complex in Jamestown.
Korzeniewski is being represented by Chautauqua County Public Defender Ned Barone.
