JAMESTOWN – Local authorities have arrested a city man for allegedly trafficking heroin in the area.
According to a report from the Chautauqua County sheriff’s office, 26 year-old William Rogers was arrested Tuesday morning during a drug raid at his home at 10 Terrace Place by members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. During the arrest authorities say the found more than 125 doses of heroin and a large amount of cash in the home, along with marijuana and other items used in the packaging and selling of drugs.
Rogers faces several drug related charges and was sent to the county jail pending further court action.
