Jamestown Police discovered 15 pounds of marijuana, a loaded shotgun, a bullet proof vest, and nearly $50,000 in cash following an investigation Friday, Oct. 13 on Lakeview Ave. Arrested was 23 year-old Bryan Torres.
JAMESTOWN – A Jamestown man was arrested Friday afternoon for allegedly possessing a large amount of marijuana with intent to sell, along with allegedly possessing a loaded shot gun.
City police say 23 year-old Bryan Torres was taken into custody after several agencies executed a search warrant at a home at 35 Lakeview Avenue just after 4:30 p.m. Friday.
Investigators say inside they found more than 15 pounds of marijuana, a loaded shot gun, a bullet proof vest and a total of $47,693.
The investigation revealed Torres was allegedly receiving and trafficking the marijuana from the location. Torres is charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree and disorderly conduct.
