JAMESTOWN – A city man has been charged for his alleged involvement in a stabbing that took place last week on W. Fourth Street.
Jamestown Police say 22 year-old Askia Faison has been charged with first-degree assault in relation to the stabbing incident, which took place at 2:10 p.m. Aug. 14 at Baker Park on W. Fourth St.
Police say Faison and another person had an argument and were fighting when the stabbing happened. Police said the incident was not a random act of violence.
