JAMESTOWN – The City of Jamestown has put up its Christmas Tree for the 2015 holiday season.
This year’s city Christmas tree, a Norway Spruce, was harvested from in front of the maintenance building in Allen Park. The Norway Spruce will tower approximately 45 feet above its base on Tracy Plaza.
The tree will be decorated with over 2,500 energy saving LED lights by Parks staff members. The annual tree-lighting ceremony will be held during the Downtown Jamestown Holiday Parade on Friday, Dec. 4.
