JAMESTOWN – City police have made a second arrest involving the allegedly trafficking and selling of drugs out of an apartment at 15 Stowe St. in the city.
Jamestown police captain Robert Samuelson says 21 year-old Laquil Hilson of Buffalo has been charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. The charges are connected to a two-month investigation into the alleged sale of crack cocaine out of the residence by the Jamestown Metro Drug Task Force and the New York State Police CNET.
City police raided the Stowe Street Residence last Friday morning and during the bust arrested 19 year-old Victoria Rosier. During the raid they also allegedly found morphine pills, methadone and marijuana. Rosier was charged with child endangerment and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Hilson was arrested on Sunday upon his return to the apartment.
