BROCTON – A Brocton man is in the county jail on $20,000 cash bail after being taken into custody by police and arraigned charges related to the manufacturing of methamphetamine.
On Tuesday members of the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force located and arrested 28 year-old Aaron Clark on an outstanding arrest warrant that had been issued earlier by Justice James Craig from the Village of Brocton Court, charging Clark with one count of Unlawfully Manufacturing Methamphetamine in the 3rd Degree.
The warrant had been issued after a search of Clark’s upper apartment at 90 Central Ave. in Brocton turned up items needed to produce Methamphetamine, along with a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine oil. Additional charges are also pending.
