The members of Broadway’s Next H!t Musical will be in Jamestown April 25.
JAMESTOWN – An entertaining and humorous show is coming to Jamestown for one night only this weekend.
The Reg Lenna Center for The Arts will roll out the red carpet for a night of laughs from Broadway’s Next H!t Musical on Saturday at 8 p.m.
Similar to Whose Line Is It Anyway?, this live show revolves around an unscripted theatrical awards show – The Phonies.
Master improvisers gather made up, hit song suggestions from the audience and create a spontaneous evening of music, humor, and laughter.
The audience votes for their favorite song and watches as the cast turns it into a full blown improvised musical – complete with memorable characters, witty dialogue, and plot twists galore.
According to the Reg Lenna’s Len Barry, The cast of Broadway’s Next H!t Musical will often use local landmarks, legends and controversies to fill out their show. Several local attractions, historical figures and the recent national news surrounding Celoron’s Lucy statue may make their way into the show.
Tickets for Broadway’s Next H!t Musical are $15 and $25. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more people.
