JAMESTOWN – Motorists in downtown Jamestown may have noticed a portion of W. Third Street was closed on Wednesday and it will likely remain closed for a time Thursday and Friday as well.
The closure of the street between Cherry and Washington Streets is due to the delivery of large brewing equipment for the Jamestown Brewing Company at the former Lillian V. Ney Renaissance Center on the corner of Third and Washington Streets.
The business owners expect the operation, which will also have a bar and restaurant, to be open at some point this fall.
