BROCTON – A Brocton man has been charged with Arson following an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Deputies say the water pump house at New Horizons Trailer Park on Route 5 in Brocton suffered severe damage from a fire on October 7.
A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 19 year-old Victor Manny Martinez, who was charged with felony of Arson in the 4th Degree. Manny Martinez was arraigned and sent to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of 20,000 cash bail.
