JAMESTOWN – The United Way of Southern Chautauqua County recently reported reaching 84 percent of its $1,325,000 goal for the 2017 Campaign.
Many workplace campaigns have come to an end and efforts are now focused on closing the final gap. The agency is now asking individuals to consider the local United Way when making a year-end gift.
One-hundred percent of every donation remains in Southern Chautauqua County and will benefit 41 community based programs administered by 25 local agencies.
United Way anticipates the campaign to wrap up by the end of January.
