JAMESTOWN – Four men arrested for their alleged involvement in a 2014 home invasion on Falconer St. that also included gunfire exchanged with a Jamestown Police Officer have reached plea agreements with the county district attorney’s office.
Chautauqua County District Attorney David Foley said the four men each have pled guilty to a charge of burglary. He said the agreement was based on conversations with the victims and their willingness to proceed with the case.
Those pleading to burglary charges were 23 year-old Jaqwan Martin, 23 year-old Maqwan Martin, 26 year-old Jacon Hicks, and 26 year-old Levelle Jones. All four men were from Buffalo and all four face multiple years in prison.
The Martin brothers were originally handed a 22-count indictment by a Chautauqua County grand jury that included robbery, sexual abuse, criminal use of a firearm and weapons possession charges.
The home invasion took place at 188 Falconer St. on July 1 involved an assault of four residents inside and was reportedly drug-related.
