JAMESTOWN – A City man connected to a drug raid earlier this month has turned himself into police.
Jamestown Police say 36 year old Cesar Soto was not at his 200 Willis St. residence when local authorities raided the home as part of a multi-resident drug investigation that resulted in the confiscation of heroin, among other narcotics. Soto is charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
He is currently being held in Jamestown City Jail and is awaiting arraignment.
Police say anyone who has information on the illegal sales and trafficking of narcotics in the Jamestown area is asked call the JPD anonymous tip line at 483-Tips (8477). All calls will be kept confidential.
