CELORON – In a follow up to an arrest that took place in February, local police say a Lakewood Man has been indicted on federal drug charges. Earlier this year, Ellicott Police arrested 48-year-old Jeffrey Boardman in Celoron for allegedly growing and selling marijuana.
Police confiscated a total of $160,000 worth of marijuana during the investigation. Boardman faces federal charges for illegally growing marijuana. He was indicted on Tuesday in federal court in Buffalo and remains in federal custody without bail, pending further court proceedings.
